I constantly get inspired by seeing so many things around me, so many people around me. Many a time, smallest thing can keep my spirits up. Songs such as "Yeh Safar Bahuth Katin hai magar na udhaas ho mere hum safar", to sayings such as "When Going Gets Tough; Tough Gets Going", and "As long as we are Death never comes, when Death comes we are NOT" can neutralize the pressures. I have a short list of people who have inspired me. I am listing them in the order I met them:

Mr. Narayanan - Amazed me with his command over the language, eloquence and vocabulary. I wanted to become an English teacher in my early days.

Mr. C.V. Prakash - Self-made man, with extraordinary experience and knowledge. He spends lot of time on reading books commonly ignored by ordinary men. Has in-depth knowledge on Spiritualism, Yoga, Naturopathy and healing techniques. He has great collections of books. He runs a company. He works for a big company. He writes articles in Newspapers and still finds time to come-up with innovative ideas for his projects.

Mr. K.V. Krishnamurthy - He was General Manager (IT) of Ranbaxy Laboratories, New Delhi, when I met him. Now he is VP - IT of Castrol in Bombay. Though I got an opportunity to work with him for only few months (during my deputation at Ranbaxy from IPCS), I was inspired by his team management skills. He has always been my well wisher.

Mr. Vasant Kumar- VP Planning of Ranbaxy Laboratories when I met him in 1995. He is a dynamic person with excellent qualifications. If I every want to write a book in my life (to publish), the inspiration started from here, when he showed a book written by him during my regular visits to his cabin to install software or troubleshoot his PC. He is currently settled in the United States, heading a company known as ScripLogix.

Mr. Ramesh (Skandan Mahlingam) - Met him in Bahrain when he was working for TAIB (www.taib.com) Bank as Vice President. One word to describe him is "lively". Tremendous knowledge, very organized, meticulous, has a personality that can bowl over a crowd, a Toast Master with several awards, Mr. Ramesh has always inspired me. Every meeting with him he becomes the Guru and I become his disciple. He is currently working in Dubai.

Mr. Pankaj Sehgal - Ex-colleague & Present Boss Director Operations of AG(www.almoayedgroup.com) Hardworking Visionary who believes in converting every dream into reality. Leads by example, excellent communications skills, knowledge and a charisma to keep a crowd listening to him all the day. A man with a dream to hold the globe in his hands. And I am sure one day he will.

Mr.Kalyanam -He was the Manager of the building where we founded Secure Network Solutions, in Chennai. A simple guy he is, but a thorough inspiration to people around him. One thing I learnt from him, which I couldnt forget is, Truthful person doesnt require great memory power. Now he is the Manager Operations of Four Frames, the company of Priyadarshan, famous moviemaker ("Malamaal Weekly", "Garam Masala").

Mr. Vinayagasundaram -My classmate and friend. He is settled in the United States. One thing I learned from him is sheer hard work. You will be amazed to know that he didn?t visit his family for 10 years, till he reached his goals. Commitment, clarity, hard work and humbleness are his great qualities.
